Terms and Conditions
Bookings are accepted in good faith, based on the information provided by the client, and are deemed to be accepted only when the non-refundable booking fee of £100 payable and has been received 24hr of form sent. Email or text will be sent on arrival to confirm booking. The balance of the account will be payable 28 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed. The right is reserved to increase the fee payable due to any altered instructions by the client, e.g. time extended at event, or the venue change etc. In the event of my non-arrival due to circumstances beyond my control, e.g., to include such things as extreme weather conditions, industrial action, accidents, illness, every effort will be made to provide a substitute Professional Toastmaster in the first instance, and to pass on full details of the booking and planning documentation for the event. If no substitute toastmaster can be found, full refund will be provided.
No extra costs will be incurred by me if you decide to bring in another Toastmaster or other Professional Body of your choice charging a higher fee.
In the event of cancellation by the client for any reason, the following charges will apply from acceptance of a booking
Deposit Booking Fee is non-refundable in all cases, if my services are cancelled by the client 28 days before event, full balance will be charged.
